| Patrick is a lifelong resident of Whatcom County, and has seen tremendous changes in the last 15 years. While the county has grown in population, it has done an incredible job of retaining its small town atmosphere. Whatcom County continues to be on many national lists as "best place to live" or "best place to retire". After graduating from school, Patrick worked in both customer service and production work for over a decade. He feels that his experience on both sides of the "buying/selling" fence gives him and his customers a better perspective of any transaction he is involved in. |

| While Patrick has been selling real estate for several years, he quickly earned awards and experience by his volume of customers in his first year. In 2000, he was given the "Rising Star" award, and has been on Chicago Title insurance top producer list for several Quarters in a row. The reason he shares his awards with his clients is to let them know that experience comes from more than just time. It comes from the amount of transactions, and type of transactions that and agent performs. Patrick also has been awarded with the "e-pro" certificate. Less than 4% of agents have that designation. What that means is Patrick has completed a lengthy course of learning how to communicate and market properties over the world wide web. Patrick has also been awarded the ABR (accredited Buyers Representative) certificate. As the local market has become a national and international market, Patrick has been able to put his knowledge to use several times, having had customers from many states and even Russia! |
